Budget Insurance the worst EVER - stay away!

We have phoned the morning of the 5th of February 2025 to give notice to cancel policy *** bearing in mind that we already paid for cover for month of February 2025 and we specifically said over phone the new cover with another insurer will start on the 1st of March 2025. We received a letter now stating that cover will terminate effective midnight 5 Feb 2025 - this is NOT what we requested. Should ANYTHING happen between the 6th of Feb 25 and end of Feb 2025 and budget claim vehicle was not insured, we fight this in court as we paid in FULL for cover up to end of February 25. Apart from this, when we phoned to give notice of cancellation, all of a sudden you were able to drop premium with R300, which means you have overcharged us for years! Ill make sure that this get the social media exposure to warn other existing clients againts your way of doing things.
