BUDGET INSURANCE / TELESURE NEGLECTED MY CAR'S SAFETY AFTER THEIR PANEL BEATER DID AN ILL REPAIR ON MY CAR, RISKED MY LIFE AND MY FAMILIES LIFE - ESPECIALLY MY 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER

Budget insurance / Telesure too my car in, in July 2017, firstly towed using a company i had a bad experience with and i specifically asked them to use any of their other supplier/partners ( they ignored my request and my car was towed to Krugersdorp instead of Wynburg as per authorization sent). my car stayed there for weeks, no feedback what so ever, a month later i call in to inquire and needless to say i had to fight tooth and nail to get updates and information I should’ve been getting with no hassle as a client.

To cut the long story short months later i am still feeling the emotions and trauma as I am still dealing with a matter that should’ve been resolved months ago considering i had comprehensive Insurance cover. My daughter and I are still going through this raw deal. She still asked me questions I can’t answer, especially when she see’s me cry myself to sleep during this emotional roller costa.

BUDGET INSURANCE/TELESURE Took my care to a NON VW APPROVED PANEL BEATER, THAT PANEL BEATER TOOK MY CAR FOPR LONG, SCRATCHED MY BUMPER WHEN MY CAR WAS AT HIS YARD, HE AD TO FIX THAT, PAINTED MY CAR TWO TONED AND TO TOP IT ALL UP DIDNT FIX MY CAR PROPERLY.

BUDGET INSURANCE/TELESURE DIDNT BOTHER TO CHECK MY CAR, THEY DIDNT CHECK IF THE JOB WAS DONE WELL LET ALONG WAS MY CAR SAFE TO DRIVE, THEY DIDNT TAKE IT FOR ASSESMENTS OR ANY TESTS OTHERWISE THEY WOULDVE SEEN ALL OF THESE FLAWS.

THEY RISK MY LIFE, MY LITTLE GIRLS LIFE AND THE REST OF MY FAMILY. THE NEGLECT THE SAFETY OF THE VERY SAME CAR THAT I PAID COMPREHENSIVE COVER FOR.

I COMPLAINED AND ESCALATED THE MATTER, THEY APPOINTED ANOTHER PANEL BEATER - SHOCKING RESULTS – BUDGET AND TELESURE APPOINTED ANOTHER Panel Beater – VW approved, they had my car stripped and found horrific findings. My car had to be fixed from scratch, the car was not fixed properly and because it was going to cost the insurance R38K – R40K MORE TO FIX MY CAR THEY DECIDED TO WRITE OFF MY CAR. I am in this situation for their decision to use their bogus panel beater and now I trying to buy another car and they cant even get give me covered(see attached email) let along try and remedy the scars they have left me. I was threatened by the car rental company to send their tracker squad on me and they didn’t car about me or my daughter, they didn’t care that it’s Budget who is accountable.

What kind of an insurance company does this to their clients. 6 months of hell and on to top it all up risk my life and that of my daughter and my loved ones. and now instead of Budget Insurance trying to mend my faith, trust and try to piece things together after the MESS THEY CREATED, i am now being bul**** to pay for the rental car extension AND I CANT GET A CAR because i dont want to get a car off the grounds of the dealership without insurance. i am in this situation because of BUDGET INSURANCE EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS, TEAM LEADERS AND ASSESSORS NEGLIGENCE AND COLD HEARTS. they still refuse to take accountability and the fact that they risked lives of many, i don't travel alone, i don't drive alone on these roads.

we pay insurance every month for years just for them to have their your own best interests at heart, as long as they make money and get what they want. they really don't care about you or the consequences of their actions and decisions.
