Budget insurance talk to your panel beaters please 🙏

I have a problem with the panel beater I was in accident in December 15 but up until today I have not got my car back it's been 5months but their panel beater keeps on telling me stories the car was supposed to complete by 17 of March but still the car is with then last I asked my dad to check on the car they said the car will be ready today since the case have been closed but only to find out that today when I called they are telling me that the car is not complete the only thing that was left last week is the lock which they were working on last week Tuesday but now it's a different story ....why are we paying for insurance while we not getting any joy from their panel beaters it's been 5 months if paying for the car that is not with me can budget intervene cz I even went to kzn to pick the car since I am staying in jozi n went went bck with no car n all those expenses doesn't affect the insurance coz they still deduct even if the cat is with their panel beater 5months of of paying for the car that is not with me bur I am still treated like u am not paying
