Budget Insurance taking money after cancellation

I have had such a terrible experience with Budget Insurance today. I phoned them to cancel my insurance- I was with them for years. Firstly the person speaking would not let me speak to anyone in charge. Secondly after I cancelled my insurance they charge and debited money from my bank account!!! And thirdly they sent me someone else’s personal information to my email address right after I spoke to them. I phoned them now but no one is able to help me even though I was speaking to someone. Why did they charge me after I cancelled my insurance? 3 stars is a too high rating but 1 seemed like I would not get a reply.
