Budget Insurance taking advantage of the Debi-cheque by deducting unauthorized Premium

I contacted Budget Insurance on the 29th December to cancel my car insurance as my Salary is being reduced by R8000 , the lady i spoke to gave me a new quotation which I wanted to discuss at home so she was supposed to contact me the following day .

We missed each other but instead I phoned the office number and was assisted to cancel the car insurance and pay for only the House and contents , the Gentleman assisted me with the payment of the new premium which came to 544.06

In the meantime Budget deducted the full amount which was R1551.81 by the time of me speaking to the Gentleman . So the R544.06 was also paid while the gentleman was still on the line with me .

Later in the evening i went to check my bank balance only to realize that budget still went and deducted R1001.78 which is the car premium that i had cancelled , I have insured my car with another company which i have paid .

This is frustrating and unprofessional and it resulted on my other debit orders not paid .
