BUDGET INSURANCE TAKING A EXTRA DEBIT ORDER WITHOUT CONSENT.

Good day,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Budget Insurance. A month or two ago, I switched my insurance from Santam (Broker Business) to Budget Insurance and insured two of my vehicles with Comprehensive coverage. I followed all the steps and uploaded the required documentation, as requested by Budget Insurance.

During the call when I took out the insurance, I made it explicitly clear to the sales agent that I DO NOT want any VAP(s). Despite this, I am still seeing a VAP debit order for R283 on top of my normal Comprehensive insurance premium, which I had agreed to.

I demand an immediate explanation as to why this unauthorized debit was made and what exactly it is for. I also insist on being provided with the call recordings to verify where, if at all, I agreed to this additional charge.

Furthermore, I expect an immediate refund for every single amount that has been debited for VAP(s) that I did not agree to or take up.

This matter needs to be resolved without delay.
