Budget Insurance sucks

This insurance sucks.

I lodged a claim 2 weeks ago, on the 26th September 2024 to be exact. Today is exactly 2 weeks but still I'm receiving useless texts from Lihle, the consultant handling my claim that they're busy with basic admin.

This is the forst time I've lodged a claim that took this long without outcome. I even had to lodged complaint with OMBUDSMAN for short term insurance to investigate the reasonability of this undue delay and the inconvenience this has caused me with possibility of compensation for the psychological effect of this delay.

Please deal with reputable insurance and stay away from this insurance before its too late.
