Budget insurance sucks!!!

My son had an accident on 24 Aug-reported it 25 Aug.Budget insurance decided after taking photos of the car at a panelbeater,that they are s****ping the car.We did not receive any documentation for this as to say how much each part will cost or on what they are s****ping the car.Only a phone call to let my son know he has to pay in R34000 because he still owes a lot on the car.I did not think the car was going to be srapped as the engin is still in tact,the air bags did not pop.But anyway,they were suppose to come pick the car up,I phoned to ask when they are coming,but they dont want to speak to me because the insurance is on my sons name,same with my husband when he phoned.My son works at a mine and he does not have receiption everywhere,thats why we are trying to sort this out.My son then phoned them yesterday and today and according to them they sent someone to pick the car up.So now I would like them to pay me storage fees of R200 storage fees from the 1St of Sept,until such time as they decide to come pick it up,since the car belongs to them now and they are not making a plan to come pick it up!
