Budget Insurance Sucks

Budget Insurance have absolutely let me down. They can't get their debit orders off my account correct, which has ended up costing me bank charges. And the cherry on top is that I was promised a no claim bonus on the 10th May 2018 - to date, and after many many phone calls & e-mails, I still have not received my bonus. Looks like it was all false promises to get my business.
