Budget Insurance Still Delaying Resolution After Multiple Assessments

I am once again disappointed by the manner in which Budget Insurance is handling my warranty claim.

Following my previous complaint, I was advised that the matter had been escalated and that a paint specialist would be appointed to assess the vehicle. Instead, the individual who attended appeared more focused on defending the existing repairs than conducting an objective technical assessment.

What is particularly concerning is that the assessment feedback contains references to items such as the left fender, despite me providing photographs of the original damage and explaining which repairs were the subject of the warranty claim. In addition, I specifically advised that I did not have photographs relating to an earlier bumper repair, yet assumptions appear to have been made regardless.

The purpose of the follow-up assessment was supposedly to obtain a specialist opinion. However, I have seen no evidence that a proper technical paint assessment was carried out. The first assessor inspected the vehicle and agreed that the paintwork required attention. Instead of acting on those findings, Budget Insurance has now prolonged the process with another assessment, yet I still have not received a formal decision.

At this point, the issue is no longer only about the paintwork. It is about the repeated delays, inconsistent assessments, and the lack of a clear outcome despite multiple inspections and escalations. I have made myself available, my sister has taken time away from work on more than one occasion to accommodate assessments on my behalf, and I have provided supporting information when requested. Despite this, I am still waiting for formal feedback from Budget Insurance.
