Budget Insurance Sharks

Guys i beg of you to think twice before joining Budget insurance, They are a company where you as the client are guilty until you to prove to them otherwise. i was in a accident where a drunk / non licensed driver drove into me, i had to send bank statements, give Budget permission for MTN to track where i was on the day before they would consider if they will approve my claim. not once did they believe me on what i said. nor did apologize to me for invading my privacy. they take their own time to contact you back and when you call them you have to wait at least 10mins before speaking to someone. there is ZERO ENEGERY WHEN YOU NEED TO CLAIM.
