Budget insurance shananigans

After budget did not approve my claim they immediately cancelled my membership with them… after seeing my my review here they promised to send someone to call me and find out ( that was about a week if not 2 ago ) but still nobody has called me regarding the claim, the only call I received was to ask for the address to tow my damaged car to, fortunately they towed it home and they left if on the drive way, I reported it but up to thus far nobody has ever came to my assistance…… i highly feel so sorry for someone who still trust @budgetinsurance for their service worse on rainy days… they are unreliable and safe to say a ****
