Budget insurance service sucks

Had a vehicle insured by Budget but then sold the vehicle, the following month they still deducted the installment and up until today all I get is emails stating that they will give me ETA on when a refund will be and then absolutely nothing. It's been a month and I have to check in every 3 days just for them to say we still waiting on a ETA, the money is not the issue it's the lack of service and what if I needed assistance for example being in a accident. Is this the service a person could expect!! By far the worst insurance I have dealt with
