Budget Insurance Self Service Portal a dismal joke!

I took out car insurance with Budget last week Tuesday and my policy was activated on that same day. The agent I spoke to told me that I will have to complete car self inspection and upload a tracking certificate for my car online. So, I went ahead and tried to upload the tracking certificate, which resulted in several errors every time. I then called the customer care line and the agent told me that customers currently cannot upload tracking certificates via the self service portal and I should send the certificate to the her email address instead. Why in the world would you tell customers to use self service functionality if it actually DOESN'T WORK?

Anyway, I did so and that worked out.

However, when I tried completing the self inspection, I faced the same problem where it completely refused to upload images (both via desktop and mobile). I have been trying to do this everyday since last Friday, 14 January and it permanently returns the error message "unknown error occurred, check your network connectivity and try again later". There is absolutely nothing wrong with my network or internet connection because I am able to do everything else online including stream Ultra HD content on Netflix.

What's interesting though is that they managed to successfully debit my account for January without a single error!

I will try this once more tomorrow and if it doesn't work, I will have to look for another company to handle my insurance!
