Budget insurance scratch and dent pathetic service

Where do i even start??? Budget insurance vaps department is absolutely pathetic. So ive taken a scratch and dent policy online last month and ever since im having hassles in regards to my policy.. I cannot even get assistance regarding my policy.. Ive been wasting numerous amounts of airtime speaking to *********** consultants.. Ive been told that my policy is on a different system. So when im explaining that to these consultants they cant even understand wheres my policy.. There has been so much hassles.,my debit premium is not even going off on the date agreed, i have to continously call in to have them deduct it so my policy remains active.. This is by far the worst experience and service i hace ever came across.. I simply do not recommend them.. Pathetic service and pathetic customer service
