Budget insurance scratch and dent pathetic customer service
Absolutely pathetic service from budget insurance scratch and demt department.. I had called im over 10 times today fpr assistance to upgrade my existing policy.. On twp occasions, two consultants promised to get more info and call me back but neither did.. I aheb left numerous call backs,i have wasted over r50 of airtime calling this pathetic customer service... I have left messages with the Facebook team for a supervisor or manager of vaps tp call me neither did... This is pathetic and i advise customers of this pathetic service from this company
