Budget insurance scratch and dent

Hahaha I noticed the assessors job at Budget insurance is to decline the scratch and dent claims by all means.

At this point I am not sure which is more useless; the scratch and dent insurance itself or their assessors!!

They tried to say my bumper was cracked and obviously told them it is not. The lady that was assisting escaped the matter. They came back with a different story saying there is no physical damage on the bumper so the paint is just coming out on its own lol. Clearly Mazda did poor paint work on this car as they claim its poor paint work that's why the paint is coming off.

The bumper clearly has those damage patterns just next to the area where the paint came off (at first they mistakenly confused these damage patterns with a crack on the bumper). Now because they can see the bumper is not cracked they decide to ignore the damage that they first mistakenly said it was a crack because the aim is to make up a story to decline the claim.

These are supposed to be people who pay attention to finer details in my opinion (mostly when dealing with peoples money and emotions).

My main insurance is with Budget insurance, I am now just more worried if they use the same assessors as those for the scratch and dent or not. At least maybe the assessor that they assigned to this claim if he or she also gets involved on bigger claims. Confidence on the insurance as a whole has dropped!.

If anyone is considering taking scratch and dent with Budget insurance, reconsider that decision. I am not writing this to get my claim relooked at or anything like that. This review is merely just an awareness.

Based on my previous experience with Scratch and dents, I would suggest you try M-sure or simply just save enough money on the side.

One positive thing to note: The lady that was helping with the claim did a great job keeping me updated!!
