Budget insurance ****s
I have been at Europcar Mafikeng from 09:55 until now. Zandile Simelane and Shaun Coetzee made arrangements for Zeerust German Motors to pick me up at 10:00 from Mafikeng to Zeerust where I'll be picking up my car. I called German Motors at 10:15 and was told Zandile and Shaun made other arrangements yesterday. I was not informed of their alternative arrangements. Now, they have been on their telephones from 10:15 until now.
The kind of service Budget Insurance gives me, after milking my account on a monthly basis. Time to provide the serving I am paying for, Budget Insurance is nowhere to be found!!!!
