BUDGET INSURANCE SA ****MERS OF ALL TIMES

Budget Insurance South Africa is nonsense. I've put in a claim on the 9th of January, to date there's no feedback but delay tactics. They have different stories everytime I call. At first they claimed they haven't received the report from the Assessor, while the Assessor confirmed to have sent the report on the 16th of January, cause his turn around time is 3 days. Then on Tuesday the 20th which was a week after the Assessor did assessments, they said the report is being loaded and feedback will be available by 17:30 by that day. Today it's a different story they haven't received the report. We are approaching 3 weeks, no feedback nothing. Stay away from this company, do not take any type if Insurance with them. Even when you write reviews here, they will be quick to respond and say they'll look into your problem and contact you back, and they won't. Don't fall for their false advertising, they just want your premiums but will give you run around when it's time to pay for claims.
