Budget insurance ****s people
Budget insurance is a ****. We've had house insurance with them for years, and when we claimed after the winter storms left our house in ruins in Cape Town 2024 they sent Michael Van der Meulen to do an inspection who then went back an reported that we caused the damage ourselves. We sent pictures, videos and numerous emails but instead were given the run around and our dispute was not followed through and till this day they still never got back to us.
They receive monthly payments for a service, only to **** people and make excuses when they put in a claim. Very disappointed, considering we had never claimed before, meaning we've been paying for years and when we needed them to come through for us they went AWOL.
******* company that takes peoples money monthly providing no assistance, just selling lies.
