Budget Insurance Rocks!

You always hear about how insurance companies are the worst when it comes to processing claims.. Well let me just say Budget Insurance is not one of them. I have claimed twice from them (once for 3rd party) and both experiences were such a breeze. From the moment you report the accident to the moment you send your car in for repairs. They always check up on you to see how you are doing, giving you options to select a repair centre you prefer. They also provide advice from a legal perspective and ensure that the 3rd party does not take advantage of you during this stressful time. I also worried about my policy premium possibly increasing due to multiple claims but it has actually remained the same, infact I will call later on the year to see if I can reduce my excess and keep the same premium. With them, I wouldn't be suprised if it's possible. I'm truly happy with Budget Insurance and recommend it to everyone asking for insurance. I won't be changing anytime soon.
