Budget insurance *********** a client

Good day HelloPeter Members,

Policy number - ********** 03 Budget insurance. This is to declare my insurance company that I had cover with for more than a year now, just recently had a minor and bodywork accident, reported to the insurance and the outcome comes back "declined" reason being none disclosure of information at sale stage. Was the information asked? Yes. Was the answer given direct and straight forward? Yes. On record the consultant never took proper records as answered by the client and insurance claims that information was not disclosed ignoring what is on record disclosing the same information several times on the same recording.

This is going straight to the public protector's office because they are soo connected to the so called ombudsman...we cannot be ********** by foreign businesses like this something must be done.
