Budget Insurance - review

We have had business insurance through Budget. Our premiums have been exhorbitant, but due to the fact that we wanted adequate cover, we didn't mind paying for peace of mind. What a mistake! Our claims were always rejected due to some or other excuse and we were advised that we were not covered for this and we were not covered for that! Despite being supposedly "valued" clients, we were continually being give the run-around and at times, ignored completely when following up on claims. We went out of our way for proof and paperwork, affidavits etc. when lodging claims. However, it was just kicked out, due to insufficient cover (apparently). Budget, you are the worst to deal with. You have NO regard for your clients and your people s****s suck!
