Budget insurance refuses to cancel my policy

I'm so disappointed by them. Been trying to cancel my insurance instead they keep attempting to deduct from my bank account. I blocked their debit order but still kept attempting. I even incurred bank charges as a result. I then called them but was put on hold for a long time.
