Budget insurance refusal to honor a claim yet been deduction monthly premiums
<p>Budget is refusing to fix my nieces car that they have insured and she has been paying all her full premiums ar cover of R60K now they are writting off the car and want to settle at R26275.00 saying the car is code 3 car which at the time of cover they inspected the car and said nothing about this code 3 story. The premuim that was paid each moth was for R60K pay out if the car is a write off now they are refusing to keep to keep to the end of their deal. Its a white Polo NPN93341.</p> <p>This is the worse experience ever. As a matter of facts its ******** on their part. </p>

When a vehicle is inspected, it is not only to confirm the condition of the vehicle but also to confirm the existence of such a vehicle, The inspection will therefore have no relation to the coding of the vehicle.
