Budget Insurance - Recommended Plumber messed up

I have Insurance with Budget Insurance, I requested Home Assist on the 14 February 2025. I had an issue with Leaking tab. Budget Insurance recommended Plumbing Johannesburg to assist. They went on the 15 to check what's going on. The plumber sent me quote on the 21st February 2025. I paid on the 25th so my plumbing issue can be fixed.

They came on the 27th to insert a cartridge on my Kitchen Sink and install bath mixer in the bathroom. Problem was fixing Kitchen sink. They couldnt fix the leak in the Kitchen, they left with Kitchen sink leak in worse state. The leak was now pouring and they left.

Plumbing Johannesburg returned after my tenant informed me that the leak is worse and had to ask Plumbers to return. The plumbers were rude to my Tenants on their return and switched off water without explaining.

I called Budget Insurance today - 28 February 2025 that the Plumbing Service they connected me with were rude and they left water running.

Budget told me that its not their problem as call of home assist is closed. Budget you are the ones that connected me with Plumbers. I'm having a Crisis with Plumbers you recommended. You now tell me its not your problem.

The Agent told me she will call Plumbers and return back to me but she never did, we couldn't get hold of plumbers. That is not your problem is not supporting.
