Budget Insurance: Promises not kept!

I've had the most terrible experience. 0/10. My car got into an accident in April 2022. Now it's May 2023 and still not fixed! I get a lot of feedback from the repairer Auto Magic in Centurion and the view is the same every month: we are waiting for parts. Now, what is the purpose of insurance when one must wait 13+ months for a car to be fixed?! Missed business opportunities. Missed income and additional costs due to these delays. Super terrible.

After this review above, I got a panicked call from Budget Insurance (last week Wednesday) promising to call me back the next day with a resolution. Today it's Tuesday and no call. I followed with another call yesterday and the person on the phone said she will call me back before COB. She never did.

Budget is all talk and no action. And they do not honour their promises!
