Budget Insurance price beat promotion is all LIES

I participated in the Budget Insurance price beat promotion where they state that if they cannot beat your current car insurer, they will pay you the difference of up to R2000 in cash. The cash difference I qualified for was around R1100 and I submitted all documents they requested. They then sent me an email stating that the documents I sent do not meet the promotion requirements. I rep**** to the email asking what requirements are not met. They don’t respond back. I then called them and they said the Terms and Conditions states that the policy document should only be car insurance and no other cover like house contents etc. I then went through their Terms and Conditions and there is nowhere stated that the policy document should only have car insurance. I then called them again and asked where does it state that it is only limited to car insurance and they are failing to show me or prove me with the said clause. To show that this is all lies, please provide me with that clause.
