budget insurance: poor service, ***********, daylight ******s

i laid a claim on my laptop, the hard drive, ipod and bag with various cables/chargers inside it when i was ****** at a traffic light on 06 Jan 2020. it took them 3 weeks to come back to me just to say the claim was rejected. it took another two months to review the dispute. their words..." the value of the claim exceeds the value in premiums paid on the policy". The funny thing is....they..the budget insurance appointed assessors, still have my laptop and ipod that was damaged in the *******.
