Budget Insurance =Poor Service

After 8 years of Faithfully supporting Budget they are happy to leave us with a less than adequate repair to a new car.My car was damaged in a rear end bump and Budget sent us to a despicable company that has failed to deliver.The car is a mess and the service provider, although receiving full payment has left me with so many faults to the repair.Both Budget,Basil,the middle man who represents Budget and the service provider jave basically washed their hands of the poor experience.I had to foot the bill for a 3 week rental vehicle and now after receiving an incomplete and poor attempt at repair I'm expected to foot the bill for another rental!To top it off the assessor,Basil ignores our concerns and is full of excuses when he is expected to fulfill promises!Budget insurance is literally a poor Budget item to spend your hard earned cash on
