Budget Insurance poor service and experience

I recently had storm damage at my property and Budget is going out of their way not to assist and support my claim. Their claims consultant is absolutely ***********. No ability to think on their feet and deal with this claim adequately. Kept saying to me that they are not technical sme and i had to explain the list of items that was damaged . Regret moving to Budget insurance. this is week 2 and still no processing of my claim even after sending an email and giving instructions on what i want to repair as their excess is very high and they charge double excess instead of taking the highest excess amount a it was 1 single event and not separate events that caused my damage.
