Budget insurance - poor service

I was involved in a car accident and my car was towed away without my consent by a Towing company which pretended to be working for Alpha Panel beaters . I initially made arrangements with KZN Towing to tow my car home or to Alpha Panel beaters which they didn't. Informed budget insurance about this and I was told they won't pay since the Towing company is not in their panel but they were only going to pay them if I was unconscious after the accident and if they organized the towing company . I constantly had to call to check progress on my case since they advised that they would negotiate with the company that towed my car and use their Attorney to get my vehicle back. I haven't had a response from budgets towing department as they promised. Last call I made they withdrew my case and cancelled my car hire 2 weeks before the return date. Now I have no car or transport to go to work. I have been fighting with Nicos Towing and it's almost a month now and they state Budget insurance hasn't been contacting them.I have dealt with different insurance companies before and buy far Budget insurance service is the worst . They don't care or understand the trauma of being in a car accident. I was dealing with Patrina at Budget insurance and only received 2 calls from her and the rest of the time I had to keep on calling to get feedback. I won't recommend Budget insurance to anyone one because I can see don't care about clients.
