Policy number *** I lodged a complaint on 1 September regarding Budget Insurance deducting premiums on a canceled policy. They informed me payment will be made in 5 days. It's the 10th September today still awaiting payment

Budget insurance deducted an amount off R1283.66 for premium on 1 September 2025 when the policy was canceled last date for policy being 31 August 2025.
