Budget insurance plicy for my car insurance

I had a car insurance with budget insurance that I have cancelled in June 2025. I even phoned them again to double checked if my policy is cancelled.

I also requested for a letter as a proof. To my surprise they debited my money that I need to take my son to the doctor. My debits runs on the 26th of every month months, they never debit on that day.

I had three differents covers, two for Triber, Renault car individually and one for house building structure. I requested all to be cancelled, on my late conversion I was told all covers were deactivated.

But on the 30 Triber insurance debited.

Pls help me so that They reverse my money, as I never have any agreement with budget insurance, I bank with capitec and my app can't stop nor reverse the money, capitec bank told me they can't help me either as budget might deal with them.

I have replaced budget insurance with outsurance as it is less expensive as compared to budget insurance. Hello Peter please help me. Thank you.
