Budget insurance pathetic

Worse insurance company. I called today for changing to my business address and the consultant firstly gave me long stories only to say in the end its done, then he says, I met an accident in March, I said yes where a taxi knocked me, he says yes my insurance was sent to the back office to the manager cos they have suspended my insurance today cis of my accident and that need to set my risk. Apparently now that I called for the change, the system up the accident and regards me as a risk which wasn't told to me yet I took out insurance with them i July last year again for my next vehicle. They only increased my policy cos of the accident and also said they gave me a small discount cos I have 2 vehicles with them. When I asked the guy how can you'll just suspend my cover without giving me notice and I just called for change of name to my business name. I asked him so if I meet an accident now, will I be convered He says he cannot confirm that. What *****nce and know I don't know if im Covered
