Budget insurance paid over 2 years for a service they do not cover

Budget insurance accepted my application for insurance even after I mentioned that the car I was insuring was to be used as a Taxify. The consultant then classified my application as a shuttle service 2 years later my car was ****** and damaged and they refused to pay out the claim due to that it was used as a Taxify and not shuttle. To this day I still don’t know the difference. After paying for 2 years I was then told that I have been paying for a service that does I don’t require over R2000 a month.
