Budget insurance out to cheat you

I write this with a heavy heart.I bought a car on the 16/02/19 and the car was ****** 17/02/19 I took out insurance with budget.I reported the incident n filed a claim,the assessor was send and he submitted his report whereby he suggested the claim should be authorized all of a sudden I was told I **** on my application as a result my claim was rejected.I am still waiting for the tapes from the insurance and the agency that found the insurance for me.its sad that we are forced to take out insurance and in return they try by all means not to pay.as it is I am still waiting for the evidence that I **** on the application which they could not provide but insists I submitted my prof.you see their adverts everyday what they don't tell you is they will try everything not to pay you.you will go in debt because someone feels you **** on your application and does not lift a finger to prove it.I took insurance for a peace of mind but lately I find it hard to sleep.
