Budget insurance not respecting my Budget
I have tried cancelling my car insurance for 2 months now and i feel like i have been bul**** in to staying with budget, i call to cancel and all i get is my time being wasted by agents who want me to stay on instead of respecting my decision to change. i now have two insurance companies debiting my account instead of budget just taking a simple instruction to cancel. I would like a refund ASAP.
