Budget Insurance Not Paying

Good Day Hello Peter Friends

Avoid insuring your vehicle with "BUDGET INSURANCE" and if you are insured with "BUDGET INSURANCE" change your insurer now immediately!!

This people when they called me to insure my vehicle they were nice and friendly over the phone also stated me that "No matter who drives car more than the regular driver as long as the person has a valid South African License you will be covered in case of accident or etc" my father is the driver of my car most of the time only when I need it I use it or he sends me I use it.. On the 10th January 2020 I was driving the vehicle and a taxi jump the robot and smashed into my vehicle I phoned budget and I am prepared to pay the access fee now that it is time for the vehicle to be fixed or written off they are having a whole lot issues to process the claim and coming with excuses to get it done! They then phoned me and threten me to admit that I am at fault and a regular driver of this vehicle the more I am trying to explain they keep pressuring me to say I am at fault and a regular driver. They are not following up with the traffic department nor are getting a accident report from the traffic department or case number I had to do all this on my own when clearly stated by the traffic police my insurance should do everything for me I should be sitting back and relaxing saying that I pay for a reason not pay them for me to run around and be hounded by them and being vilified by them stressing me out and my father seeking to involve his company in a personal matter which has nothing to do with his company. Ever since the accident my father have been hiring vehicles to get around especially driving me around to get the case numbers and accident reports so this can be solved but they just phone me every day trying to make me admit to fault of the accident or liability as where I have previously stated on insurance that I will be driving the vehicle just not at the time cause I walk to my places I need but my father will be driving all the time and now it seems though as if I will be paying for a car that cannot benefit us due to budget insurance
