budget insurance not doing its due diligence

I have a warranty policy with the budget insurance, I requested to make a claim on my gear not working properly, my front wheels making sounds when turning, my mobiliser not working. then budget referred to their service provider AVG auto to take my car there for assessment and I did that.

To my surprise, I received an email saying that my claim was rejected and reasons where that the problem was with the clutch kit that was a wear and tear. I said they did not explain that to me when I took the policy, because I took this policy knowing that, I have a service policy and that is why I took this warranty policy to cover my major components when they give problems.

So the service providers quotation was R9500 for repairing the car, and if I want to take my car I have to pay R5500, imagine paying these moneys that I did not budget for because I though I have a warranty insurance that will take care of these problems.

So I had to make a loan to pay for this R9500 invoice. Please guys be careful of these warranty insurance. I am not happy with and I want people to be aware of this thing that budget is doing to us, you would think that you are covered until you are told that your claim is rejected.
