BUDGET INSURANCE NON EXISTENCE SCRATCH AND DENTS
I have been a customer with budget insurance for a long time now. And I have paid my claims on time, but now that I have logged a claim with the scratch and dents department, they giving endless excuses, and now they don't want to take my calls. All this MONEY PAID FOR THE PREMIUMS AND THE **** INSURANCE WON'T FIX MY CAR.! I'M LIVID!. PLUS I TOOK OUT MORE COVERS FROM THEM, LIKE THE LEGAL COVER. THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD, BUT AFTER THEY DID ME LIKE THIS, I DON'T TRUST NOTHING ABOUT THEM. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. U BEEN WARNED.

What ****es me off is that I went out of my way to negotiate a better price than the one you as budget had quoted me. And I managed to drop it down by R6000, from original price, just so the company can save, but u didn't even want to hear about it. I'm appalled.
