BUDGET INSURANCE - no joy

Beep!!! Just a no..... Been trying to sort out a claim since September 2022. Was supposedly fixed, but claim re-lodged in January 2023, still not resolved in May 2023. Phone call after phone call, e-mail after e-mail and still nothing. After saying we would go to the Ombudsman with a complaint, we were told to go ahead and lodge by the consultant. Yeah.... ok. Terrible service, no resolution, we are at the end of our wits with Budget now.
