BUDGET INSURANCE = NO INSURANCE

We had a buss ins policy with budget ins ***, i specifically said to the hippo consultant whom did a q for the cheapest insurance, if we damage any goods whilst delivering, i need ins to pay thus public liability insurance.Any business MUST have public liability insurance. But no i did not have it, because i specifically did not ask for it. People out there be carefull. A month ago a tv was ****** from a delivery vehicle of ours, we did not claim as the driver did not put a NET, i could easily have put a claim, **** and claimed....mmmm Tsakane said they would also not have paid even if i did put a net because goods in transit only covers when the unit is BURNED OUT OR BROKEN IN AN CAR Accident.we placed our first claim since 2013 (policy ***) for R8980 and its declined, sorry i cant said declined as i was never given the change to register a claim. i requested all my premiums back and Tshakane said no...why not, i then never had the cover i requested? from 12 May up to today no feedback from Budget, Narisha, put the phone down whilst talking to Mr Price after he kept on phoning her. Tshakane only listened to the calls today.
