BUDGET INSURANCE... NEVER
Well, anothet day, another lie. Yesterday i got an phone call from Zelpha Jacobs from Budget insurance. Promising me an n payout after listening to voice recordings from the agent in question who sold us the insurance and the outcome was that we were right and he was at fault so we would get the payout DUE TO US. We were told to make an payment again today, which was again given to them again, due to promise of payout. Now a DIFFERENT story again.... Now its senior management, wow, man Budget is good with lies...... Still an promise of payout before 17h00 each day...... WORST EXPERIENCE, WORST COMPANY EVER

And i know they contacted all relevant people regarding my claim, but ZELPHA JACOBS REFUSES TO CONTACT ME NOT BY PHONE OR EMAIL. AFTER PROMISING CONTACT YESTERDAY AT 17H00. One day later, still no response...... BUDGET IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY
