BUDGET INSURANCE MUST FALL!!

If I could rate any lower, I would! I cannot believe how my car warranty claim has been handled with this company, specifically by their assessor, Flippie Veljoen! My cover specifically states: "Mechanical breakdown refers to the unforseen failure of any of the components specifically listed under the section 'Components Covered', arising from mechanical and /or electrical failure causing a sudden stoppage of their functions and necessitating repair and or replacement...The following vehicle components are covered... Cooling system - water pump, Welsh plugs, thermostat, thermo-switch and heater radiator"

He then decides after all the stated on the document that my car's water cooling claim is declined because the submission is not clear if it's a mechanical fault or not!!!

There is no way! I'm accepting this and I will go to all lengths to fight it! Budget insurance you have to be ashamed of yourselves! You do not care for the consumer that ls been paying and in this case I refuse!!!
