Budget insurance mistreated

Good day am a person who being treated bad with budget insurance company,be careful guys my story is in September2023 was involved in the car accident where by my insurance premium was not paid and I put claim and they approved it where by later they requested me to pay September premium of which I did via their TIH company and later they called the company which it was repairing my car to stop working on my car I asked y they did that they said because was not covered September I Said I paid the premium currently they did stopped working on my and my premium is gone and no cover now they don't want to refund me my premium
