Budget insurance - ****MERS

Budget insurance - ****MERS I switched my insurance to Budget in January 2025.. I was sold a policy that protected me from repairs.. and electrical faults... I specifically asked for insurance that covers electrical faults.. I was promised and assured by the agent that the policy I have will cover for everything. In July I experienced an issue with my car - took it to the mechanic which said it was an electrical issue. I claimed with Budget only for them to cover that none of the repairs are covered. HOW if this was sold to me... I paid over R500 every month for nothing.. the lady that signed me up - up until today did not even send me a policy or insurance schedule for me to see what Im covered for ...they just wanted the sale.. nothing else.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK - I WANT THIS CLAIM TO BE COVERED.. ..STILL UP UNTIL TODAY i was told that you will be listening to the call recording and investigation everything, HOWEVER ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH and no feedback has been given... I have to call all the time.. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC... I have nothing to back me up.. WHY ... I want feedback on this... I want my claim to be covered as promised and I WANT MY CALL RECORDING...
