Budget Insurance mechanical warranty cover

I am Bongiwe Hadebe from Estcourt, KZN. I am a pensioner. I have Mechanical Warranty cover with Budget Insurance Policy Number: *** and I have been paying my premiums. I claimed for mechanical malfunctions in my car and was initially told it will be covered. Now they are ducking and diving and refusing to cover some repairs with no clear explanation.
