Budget Insurance Loopholes

I have been offered car warranty on my T7 Ranger by these guys. I opted for the premium package, with no excess as well. Upon having a steering problem and locking my vehicle in a turn, the steering rack needed replacement. Come to the claim, they tell me its not listed under parts covered and will not be paid. So tell me what is the use you pay the premium warranty for your vehicle but they find a loophole not to pay. Worst damn insurance company i have had the displeasure of dealing with. Will not recommend them in any regard
