Budget Insurance looks for reasons not to pay out

I logged a claim after an accident and the treatment I got made me feel like a ******** being investigated by the FBI. They asked me to send bank statements to see if i purchased any alcohol, I sent that and they didn't find what they wanted. They asked me to complete affidavits so that they can get my cellphone records from the service providers, I sent that and yet again they couldn't find a reason to dispute my claim. They then told me they'll meet up with me to check my Google location services on my phone I waited 2 days for the call they never phoned me to come check the location, instead they called me 3 days later saying my claim has been declined due to some expert reconstruction of the accident scene. When I ask about the Google location services they said it was not gonna matter over the experts advice, which means all along they were hoping to find something to decline my claim based on so when they couldn't find it, they gave me a story about some experts who told them not to pay me out.
